For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the com777 website accessible at com777.bio, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and associated services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual to access and use the Platform.
• "User," "you," "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within your com777 Account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the User into their Account Wallet using supported payment channels.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by com777 under specific terms, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the relevant promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the mandatory identity and document verification process applicable to all com777 accounts.
• "CNIC" means Computerised National Identity Card issued by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) of Pakistan.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted under applicable law or under com777's licensing terms.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus or promotion offered by com777, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement, the com777 Privacy Policy, and all game-specific rules published on the Platform.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail. com777 may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time in accordance with Section 14. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

To register an Account with com777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You must not be employed by com777, any of its subsidiaries, technology providers, or payment processing partners, or be an immediate family member of any such employee, unless express written consent has been obtained from com777 compliance.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. com777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of registration details.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active com777 Account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all balances (including any bonus or promotional winnings), and a permanent ban from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your com777 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. com777 strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP-based 2FA on your account at all times.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or agents acting on your behalf.
• All transactions completed using your Account credentials are deemed to have been made by you, and com777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• You must notify com777 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account.
• com777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

com777 reserves the right to suspend or lock any Account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending identity verification. This is a protective measure and does not constitute a breach of this Agreement by com777.

com777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with its obligations under international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and its gaming licence framework. KYC verification is required:

• Before any withdrawal is processed from your Account, regardless of amount.
• When your cumulative deposits exceed PKR 50,000 within any rolling 30-day period.
• At any time com777's compliance team determines that additional verification is warranted.

Documents required for KYC verification include, at minimum:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy (both sides) of your valid Pakistani CNIC issued by NADRA.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter dated within the previous 90 days, showing your full name and current residential address.
• Source of Funds: Where required, documentary evidence of the source of funds used to make deposits into your Account (e.g., salary slips, bank statements, business income records).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 30 calendar days of the request may result in Account restriction and, where legally permissible, the return of deposited funds (less any applicable processing fees) to the original payment source.

All deposits and withdrawals on the com777 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). com777 supports the following payment channels:

• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account Wallet in real time or within a maximum of 30 minutes, subject to payment processor availability. com777 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply independent transaction fees for which com777 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days following successful KYC verification. com777 reserves the right to apply additional processing time during high-volume periods, public holidays, or where further verification is required. Promotional offers may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time at com777's discretion. Existing active bonuses in a player's Wallet at the time of such modification will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of the bonus activation.

• RNG Games: All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on com777 — including slots, Teen Patti 20-20, and Pool Rummy — use independently certified RNG software to determine outcomes. The results of RNG games are final and cannot be appealed on the basis of perceived unfairness of a random outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the com777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one Account or accessing the Platform through another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional conditions.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers with the intent to generate risk-free profit.
• Depositing or transacting with funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or terrorism financing.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials or Account balance to any third party.

• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use com777's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by com777.
• Frame or link to the Platform in a manner that implies affiliation with or endorsement by com777 without written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, com777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses resulting from server downtime, network interruptions, or technical malfunctions beyond com777's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security as described in Section 4.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or technology partners.

In no event shall com777's aggregate liability to you under this Agreement exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits com777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

com777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Personal data collected by com777 — including CNIC information, contact details, financial transaction records, and gaming activity logs — is processed for the following purposes:

• Account registration, management, and identity verification (KYC).
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and bonus transactions.
• Compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations.
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention.
• Customer support and dispute resolution.
• Marketing communications, where you have provided explicit consent.

The revised Terms & Conditions will state the effective date of the update. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your Account and arrange the return of any Real Money Balance.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under com777's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

Internal Complaints Procedure: In the first instance, all disputes should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." com777 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 business hours and aim to resolve it within 14 calendar days.

Arbitration: Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, it will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable gaming licensing authority. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against com777.
